I've always looked for good english sites, sometimes to refresh my English or to learn new words and pronunciation. It's difficult to find a good site or just videos with good spelling or so.

But BBC's Learning English is a pretty good site. Very complete, with easy navigation.


I've always had some difficulties understanding some english expressions that in spanish doesn't mean necesary the same, but this page has also a special site about English expressions, surprising me with such funny posts like this. (reminds me to someone)


The quizzes are a funnier way to learn english too, rather than listening a grammar speech or reading verbs and adjectives from a list. Games like Wordmaster are a nice treat for memorize words, because you are against time.

But my favorite site was the phrasal verbs one. Because it was a new challenge our teacher gave us in school, but I didn't learn all of them, and generally some blogs I tend to follow write on informal english.

Definitively this page is a permanent link to my blog, as a help and as interesting news site. Good way to learn english.
